James Lam

Electric Vehicle Lead for Northern Europe

James is the Electric Vehicle Lead for Northern Europe at DNV, based in Oslo. He leads a range of EV projects from technical and commercial due diligence to strategic electrification planning and techno-economic modelling.

James has a Master’s in Physics from Oxford University and prior to joining DNV was a researcher investigating storage in the future of the energy system. He was also part of a start-up developing battery storage, EV, Vehicle to Grid, and Peer to Peer trading technology.

J.R. KIlligrew is the lead on business development efforts for EVs both in North America as well as globally. J.R. has more than a decade of experience in the public utility and government sectors with ICLEI USA, MCE Clean Energy and Central Coast Community Energy.

Matias Ezequiel Ubogui

Regional Electric Vehicle Lead for Southern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America

Matías is the Regional Electric Vehicle Lead for Southern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, and a consultant in DNV’s Electric Vehicle Market Venture. He has a solid background within Automotive, Energy and Manufacturing industries with more than 15 years of experience. Before joining DNV he worked in SEAT (Volkswagen Group) in urban mobility electric vehicles solutions and consultancy firms such as EY. Matías is also Delegate of the Argentine Association of Electric Vehicles (AAVEA) in Europe. He has worked in several studies in Argentina assessing the implementation of e-mobility at national level and in Buenos Aires city. Matías holds a Postgraduate degree in Electric Vehicles from Polytechnic University of Catalunya, a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
